Stefan Barbagallo
Stefan created A Slice Of Perfection in 2019 as a mobile pizza catering company. Quickly booking out every weekend travelling all over Melbourne. With the world soon stopping with COVID-19, Stefan adapted his ways and moved his catering into a takeaway Pizzeria.
Word got around quickly, and A Slice Of Perfection was one of the most well known Pizzeria in the Macedon Ranges.
Fast Forward 2 years, Stefan had earned two accreditations with the Associazione Pizzauoli Napoletani in Naples. Verifying him as a true Neapolitan Pizza Chef. Only awarded to those chefs who have proved their skills and recipes to a board of judges in Naples.
In May 2023, Stefan made a trip to Parma in Italy, to compete for the 2023 Campionato Mondiale Della Pizza (World Pizza Championships) where he placed 3rd for Australia and in the top quarter of the 800 participants for the world title with his Signature "Salina" Pizza.
In September 2023, Stefan announced the closure of his Lancefield Restaurant, to focus on his passion for catering full time, like the pre-COVID times.
Stefan and his crew bring a wealth of pizza knowledge, professional service, and an unforgettable day of award-winning pizzas.

Prices are INCLUDING GST
Prices are based on Adults 12yrs and over.
CHILD COSTS:
First 10x Children under 12yrs EAT FREE.
Any child after the 10th, is $20pp between 5 and 12yrs old.
MINIMUM SPEND:
Minimum of 30 guest charge for Lunch Function
Minimum of 40 Guest charge for Evening Function
SERVING INCLUSION:
Price Includes Self serve table at our food truck for 2 hours of bottomless pizza where the pizzas will be placed in one location for guests to serve themselves. Inclusive of this package is starter antipasto platters & focaccias for entree, main pizzas, and dessert pizzas.

Cured Meats (Salami, ham & Prosciutto)
Garlic & Herb Focaccia
Various pickled veg
Marinated Olives
WAITING SERVICE:
If you wish to have a Waiting Service, this is totally fine, however it incurs a $150 staffing fee per Waiter/Waitress.
PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS:
Under 100 Guests:
50% Deposit upon booking
Final 50% due 14 days prior to event.
Over 100 Guests:
25% Deposit upon booking.
25% Due 4 Weeks prior to event.
Final 50% Due 14 Days prior to event.
TRAVEL FEES:
Please understand we (and our staff) are based in Regional Victoria, we try to keep costs down as much as possible, but for any function further than 80km from Benloch VIC, certain travel fees will apply so that we can account for staff travel wages, tolls and fuel costs for our truck.
Under 80km From Benloch VIC: No Fee
80 to 90km: $150
90 to 100km: $200
100km+ Please contact us directly.
